Pichwai – a Rajasthani Indian folk art, originated 400 yrs years ago in Nathdwara.
Pichwai paintings were traditionally hung behind idols of Lord Shrinathji (Krishna) in temples, and were used as a visual means of narrating tales/stories from his life.
This hand made painting depicts Mukharvind, Lord Shrinathji face. Shrinathji is form of Lord Krishna, safeguarding people of Vrindavan against a thunderstorm created by Indra Dev, by lifting the Govardhan Parvat on his little finger.

Best suitable for wall decor in the living room, temple room or around dinning area as it adds an eccentric and antique touch to your room.
