NOTE: The cost of all the six works above- ₹300/Page. Main and back Cover design of the book- ₹3000.

Publishing Guides

1. The author will bear the all cost.

2. If author gets the book published from Kapot then ISBN no Provided by Kapot.

3. 25% of the amount must be paid at the time of starting the work, 25% when the Type Setting have done and the remaining 50% must be paid after the work is completed.

4. Efforts will be made to complete the work within the stipulated time(90 Days). Even if there is a delay, it will not exceed 15 days.

5. If the number of pages increases or decreases, the cost will also increase or decrease accordingly.

6. This does not include the cost of book printing.

7. This does not include the cost of Book translations.

Terms & Conditions of book publishing:-

1. Books are published by Kapot Publications in two ways. First, the author or his organization or his company bears the entire cost of printing the book. Second, Kapot Publication bears the entire cost of printing the author's book. In both these types, the rate of royalty received by the author is different. Kapot Publications is a unit of Kapot Media Network LLP.

2. Royalties received by the author:

(A)— If the author bears the entire cost of printing his book then the author will be given a royalty of 25-75% of the MRP of the book on the sale of his book.
(B)— If the author does not bear the cost of printing the book, this royalty will be only 10-15% of the MRP of his book.
(C)— If the author bears the cost of printing the book then his royalty rate will be as follows:-

(i) On sale through Kapot.in – 60%
(ii) On sale through Amazon, Flipkart and other online platforms – 35%
(iii) Through offline distribution and trade sales – 25%
(iv) Kindle and E-books- 75%

NOTE:-1. Kindle and E-books will be published only one year after the publication of the paperback and hard bound books.
NOTE:-2. If the cost of printing the book will be paid by the author, minimum number of books to be published will not be less than 500 copies.
NOTE:-3. Author will pay total cost of book printing in advance at the time of agreement to Kapot Media Network LLP.

(D)— If author does not bear the printing cost of the book then his royalty will be 10% of MRP on sale of first 1000 books and 15% of MRP on sale of more than 1000 copies.

(i) Kapot Publications will pay royalty to the author every six months on the total sales of the book during that period.
(ii) The author will be provided 10 Author copies of his book free of cost.
(iii) Apart from the author's copy, he will get other copies at a 70% discount. Royalty will not be provided on the discounted book purchased by author or his institution. He will buy the books from Kapot Media Network by paying the amount.

©Copyright and Legal Issues:-

1. The copyright will always be in the name of the Author.

2. The publication and distribution rights will always belong to Kapot Media Network LLP.

3. The author will not withdraw his book from Kapot Media Network LLP for the next five years from the date of publication of the book.

4. After five years, with mutual written consent, the author can withdraw his book from Kapot and publish it through other publication or by himself.

5. In case of any dispute between the author and the publisher, the legal jurisdiction will be the National Capital Delhi only.
